**Key Responsibilities:**
- Generate and send out invoices to clients promptly and accurately.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts receivables' data.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Monitor the aging of accounts and proactively follow up on overdue payments.
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies or disputes with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless billing process.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Maintain detailed and organized billing records for audit purposes.
- Support month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a billing clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong numerical and data entry skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
