Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing service experience
• Must live within 1 hour of Rockville, MD or Alexandria, VA
• Journeyman plumbing license and/or backflow certification preferred, but not required
• Familiar with ProPress, MegaPress, solder, brazing, no-hub, PVC cement, CPVC, and steel threaded pipe
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
• Ability to read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and deliver excellent customer service 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable using digital tools and mobile work order systems
• Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented
